Production is arranged by stage, so cutting, stitching, and assembly move in a clear sequence. Raw leather is graded before it reaches the line, checking temper, grain uniformity, and wear endurance.

Operations

Cutting, stitching, lasting, and packaging each carry their own verification step. Components are checked against the approved pattern before they move forward, so defects are caught close to where they originate.
